Once a suitable house was located EMC performed a complete review of the house to determine what changes or alterations we would require to the house.  eg. additional air conditioning units, replacement to kitchen/bathroom fixtures and fittings, painting Etc. 

Subsequent to the installation of these items, EMC performed a post installation review to ensure that we, as tenants, were happy.  This particular aspect of the service, I believe, was done in a pro-tenant fashion. 

EMC provided a service to us for Approximately eight weeks in relation to locating the house, arranging for modifications and repairs and maintenance to final lease settlement.
